OPPO Sonica DAC Firmware Update - USB DAC Firmware
How to Get the Firmware Upgrade:
1. Upgrade tool and file for MAC: http://download.oppodigital.com/sonica-dac/USB-0110/USB_DAC_firmware_MAC.zip (Connect the USB DAC IN port at the SDAC's back panel with a MAC PC, unzip the downloaded package, run the application, browse and open the bin file and then click "Upgrade". After upgrading, you should see USB-0110 at SDAC front panel firmware display page.)
2. Upgrade tool and file for windows: http://download.oppodigital.com/sonica-dac/USB-0110/USB_DAC_firmware_windows.zip (Connect the USB DAC IN port at the SDAC's back panel with a Windows PC, unzip the downloaded package, run the OPPOUSBAudioDfu.exe, browse and open the bin file and then click "Start". After upgrading, you should see USB-0110 at SDAC front panel firmware display page.)
To connect the Sonica DAC to a windows computer, a
software driver is required.
Warning: Although firmware upgrade is an easy and usually trouble-free process, it is important to ensure that the power supply to Sonica DAC is stable, and the upgrade process is not interrupted. A failed firmware upgrade can render the Sonica DAC unusable.

- Resolved the popping noise issue when using USB DAC playing certain formats (M4A, 44.1kHz, 48kHz) on MAC OS.
