Security Review:
Orders are screened for fraud and at our discretion an order may be held pending a security review. We will cancel any orders that have been placed fraudulently. Fraudulent orders will be reported to the FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center and we will pursue prosecution to the full extent of the law.

Shipping Policy:
We will ship your order using the shipping method you selected. Tracking information will be provided in a shipment notification e-mail. Orders going to a PO Box must use the U.S. Postal Service. At our discretion, a signature requirement may be added to the shipment for security purposes to ensure proper delivery of your order.

Order Changes:
We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so that our customers can receive their OPPO products faster. Orders received during normal business hours for in stock items are generally shipped the same day or by the next business day. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an order change. You must receive a new order confirmation e-mail or verbal confirmation from us for your order to be considered changed. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed. Changes to orders can delay fulfillment.

Order Cancellations:
We work hard to fulfill orders as quickly as possible so that our customers can receive their OPPO products faster. Orders received during normal business hours for in stock items are generally shipped the same day or by the next business day. Please contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancellation. You must receive a cancellation notification e-mail or verbal confirmation from us for your order to be considered cancelled. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Product Returns:
OT Service offers a 15 day return period. We will provide you with full refund of the product's purchase price if you are not satisfied with the OPPO product(s) you purchased directly from us. Please note the following: 1) shipping costs are non-refundable 2) returns must be complete and in like-new condition 3) fees for missing item(s) will be deducted 4) damaged item(s) may be assessed a minimum 10% restocking fee. Also, personal items such as replacement ear pads cannot be returned for a refund.

E-mail Usage:
The e-mail address you provide in your order will be used solely for communications related to your order, including order confirmation and shipment notification.

Checks, Money Orders, and PayPal eChecks:
Fulfillment of orders with these types of payment methods will be delayed pending payment receipt and clearance. Checks and Money Orders are deposited within 1 to 2 business days of receipt with fulfillment following successful clearance, typically 4-6 business days. PayPal eChecks typically occur when PayPal is used for payment and your PayPal account is not secured by a credit card. PayPal eChecks can take several days to clear and your order will not be fulfilled until this happens. For more information regarding PayPal eCheck, please contact PayPal directly.

International Customers - Import Costs:
International customers are responsible for any customs/duties/taxes/fees that may be levied on merchandise once it arrives in your country. Customs charges can vary widely from one country to another. Contact the customs agency in your country to find out if the item(s) you are purchasing are subject to customs or other fees.

International Customers - Region Restriction:
All OPPO Blu-ray products are Region-locked to DVD R1 & BD A. This is per our manufacturing license for North America and cannot be changed. Any modification made to circumvent this restriction will void the warranty and the 30 day return policy.

International Customers - Warranty & Repair/Servicing:
Warranty on all OPPO products are valid in the U.S. only since it is too cost prohibitive to service those outside of North America. Should your OPPO product need to be repaired or serviced, you are fully responsible for shipping your OPPO product to & from the U.S.
